There isn't one useful price-per-house because the work changes dramatically with architecture and access. The major variables are roofline footage, height, roof geometry, landscaping, greenery and wreaths, tree lighting, lift requirements, electrical access, material quantity and the amount of labor needed for installation and removal.

Our approach is to design first and quote the actual property. That keeps a simple one-story roofline from being priced like a multi-story estate—and keeps a complicated property from being underquoted simply because the linear footage looks similar.
